The apartment called "Grape" is located on the first floor of the complex "Pagliarulo of Ravello"
This complex includes 4 residential units each with private garage.
The place is one of the most beautiful and scenic Amalfi Coast, the place is called Mormorata.
Entrance has broad disengagement that leads to the left. the bright living room with two balconies, overlooking the sea, one of which opens onto a large private terrace, equipped with chairs, tables, beds and take sun.
On the right a new kitchen complete with all the modern comforts pù, to follow the first bagnocon whirlpool shower, two bedrooms finely decorated, one with private bath.
The bathrooms are lined with valuable majolica Vietri sul Mare painted by hand.
Garage belonging to the daily cost of 10 euros.

The prices
Prices are for a maximum of 4 persons.
For each person added there is a daily supplement of 50 euros. For the low season the supplement is 30 euros.
Top of stay: The period of stay may begin and end on any day of the week.
Discounts.
For a minimum stay of 14 days apply a discount of 10% (only in those months of October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May)
Stays of 3 days.
From March to October for stays of three days only if the day of or the day Friday, Saturday included will be a supplement of 20%.
Stays of 4 days.
From March to October for a stay of four days only if the day of or the day Friday, Saturday included will be a supplement of 15%.
To confirm the reservation pre-payment of 1 / 3 of the value of stay, through bank transfer or through levied by credit card.
The remainder will be paid at check-in (arrival).
Policy cancellations: Only if the cancellation of reservation (by fax or Email) takes place in a preceding period of at least 60 days the beginning of your stay, you will be entitled to reimbursement of the advance. In all other cases, including "no show" no-show - the advance will not be returned.
In the event of early departure, no refund (full amount of stay) will be made.
