January 6 next year, along the streets of Vico Equense, the nearly century-old traditional appointment with one of the most characteristic and charming Christmas events of the Sorrento peninsula. Will be renewed for ninety-time, in fact, the appointment with the Pacchianelle, the traveling nativity scene is an expression of faith with which the inhabitants of the coast live the Mystery of the Nativity. In the convent of the Minim Fathers of San Vito, on the initiative of Father Gianfranco Scarpitta, superior of the Order and of the organizing committee, will gather more than 300 in costumes inspired by those of the eighteenth-century Neapolitan crib.
